이 기사는 네바다 대학의 월리엄 보이드 로스쿨이나 드렉셀 대학의 토마스 클라인 로스쿨, 그리고 캘리포니아 주립대 어바인 캠퍼스 로스쿨을 예로 들면서, 짧은 기간안에 자리잡은 몇 몇 로스쿨의 성공적인 안착을 다루었다.
한편 이 기사가 비록 특정 학교를 거명하지는 않았지만, 신생 로스쿨을 평가할 때 주의해야 할 점, 가령, 빈번하게 주요 인물들이 이동한다든지, 재정적으로 불안하다든지 하는 점에 주의해야 한다고 지적했다.
